I have flat feet, and my right knee can bother me a lot because of an injury in my past. I want to stay active so I need shoes with good arch support and cushioning. Hokas have been my favorite brand. I am walking around on a well-supported cloud. I wear them on the treadmill and for walks outside and they do well in both environments. I get compliments on them often and I also get asked if they are worth it. Yes, they are worth it.

Purchased these for my daughter. She loves the comfort and support they provide her. First pair she bought was for nursing. These she had me purchase as a running shoe. She loves them! I’m older and find the shoe comfortable but the wide sole is odd feeling for me personally.

I got size 7 WIDE as usual and they are true to size for me. Very comfortable I was recommended hoka by my doctor and nurses. Glad I was able to save $ and finally got my hokas. The first time I wore them and then after I forgot I was wearing them that's how comfy they are; And my pain goes away. I have plantar fasciitis, heel spur and a foot lipoma.
